Abrasive Deals ships all orders via UPS or FedEx. For UPS or FedEx Collect shipping, please contact us & provide your valid UPS or FedEx Account number. We will then create a customer code for you to use at checkout.
Sales and Return Policy
Please contact us if you need to return an item. We will make satisfactory adjustments should an unused item be defective or not as ordered. You may return any unused or unaltered item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping and handling). Returns should be in original, undamaged cartons and in the same condition as received and have all original paperwork enclosed. Returns not due to our error may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Customer must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and have it written clearly on the outside of the package. Any package returned without a RMA number will be refused. To obtain an RMA number, please call our office at 217-725-4991.
